Introspexion
INTROSPEXION is an artistic journey of self-discovery. It is about taking a few minutes to find calm and look deep inside ourselves to discover the hidden universe that exists within all of us…
It all starts with a thought which, through different concepts, offers us a perception of our reality. Is reality universal or specific to each one of us? Is the world around us a simple illusion, a construction of the mind?
Through the three art experiences, you’ll be invited to an introspection in order to find your personal answers to these questions. For a few minutes you will be immersed in an intimate and deep space of your consciousness… When you return, will reality still seem as “solid” to you as before?

I, thought
Immersed in a dark and intense atmosphere, the spectator is invited to share the artist’s questions about thoughts.
This audiovisual work in 360° composed of voices, sounds and materials, will project the visitor into an intimate universe, one of his own thoughts. He will thus explore his individual consciousness in order to perceive concepts that are very present but often buried in his subconscious.
This experience, which is close to deep meditation, will allow the public to experience a world that is often overlooked.

Loft
This second work brings us to a new, well-known and familiar space – a habitat – in order to continue the reflection that we have started.
This imaginary space is filled with everyday objects that we are all familiar with. In this experiment, the artist questions the idea of representing a “solid” and “permanent” world which we believe in so much. Everything seems normal, but by scanning the surrounding space, the objects present many anomalies…
The “solidity” of the world around us is thus questioned by the artist who pushes us to doubt our vision of forms and of the laws of physics.

The déjà-vu factory
The reflection game continues and ends with this last creation, with the questioning of the world’s perception.
The artist offers to observe a sort of complex mechanism that produces mental visions, in the form of a huge levitating cube. In perpetual motion, various images are formed on the surface of the cube, starting with a few basic components that are repeated.
For the artist, this random hypnotic and fluid movement is at the origin of the creation of our experiences. What if we had already seen everything?
